Rokko Island Festival

The Grade 3 & 4 classes have been invited to attend the Rokko Island Festival at Rokko Island Elementary School on Friday, February 8th. The event will take place during the first two blocks of the day when our learners will walk over to the school. 
Learners will experience going to the different booths as "customers" as well as helping out as "shopkeepers". This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to connect with the local community as well as show our support. There are also connections to our previous Unit on Organisations as well as our current drama-based Unit (there will be dramatic productions put on by the students at Rokko Island Elementary).

Some of these supplies you may already have at home, most of them are easily available from Daiso or Lawson. Please try to make certain you have all of these supplies over the next two weeks. *Me and Ms. J have a stock of LED lights at school - if you do not have one at home and aren't able to purchase a single unit please let us know and you can come and collect one from school or we will send you one in the post.
