Winter Trip! (action required)

Grade 3 is gearing up for a winter ski/snowboarding adventure where we are going to learn through some exciting experiences.

Up Kanabe Ski Hill is the perfect ski resort for beginners. The feedback from our last trip was positive and we are heading back there again. Further details will be provided after the Christmas holiday.

As we are using a tour agency to arrange this trip for us, we need to make a tentative booking. It is necessary for us to furnish them with some information with regards to rental of ski and snowboarding equipment. We are hoping to send this information to them by next Friday to secure a booking. This is a tentative booking.


Parents, please fill out THIS GOOGLE FORM before next Wednesday 21 November with some initial information.

Learning from home in our virtual classroom

Dear Grade 3 families, We are now completing our first full week of learning online. It has been challenging and exciting and (I think) at times a little confusing. I really, really appreciate all your support as we adjust to our current circumstances. I wanted to say how proud I am of Grade 3 learners. They have shown themselves to be independent and Thinkers. I have seen some truly impressive and insightful work being shared over the past week. I am also impressed at how well and how quickly learners have developed the technology skills required to communicate and succeed in a virtual classroom. Stay stay, stay happy and health. I hope to see everyone again soon.
